Four browser strategy games, all free to start in a tab. They look similar at first — a map, a spawn point, a slow first minute — and then diverge sharply.
FrontWars is the fastest of the four: short matches, tight maps, and an economy you have to keep spending. OpenFront is the deep end, with ports, factories, missiles and alliances that expire on a timer. Territorial.io strips the economy back to one number (your balance) and rewards map reading over build orders. WarFront is the original codebase these games grew out of and is still in development.
If you are new, start with FrontWars or Territorial.io; if you want a 40-minute campaign with diplomacy, go to OpenFront.
